Every pouch is custom. For your convenience, we have downloadable die lines of standard sized pouches. Child resistant zippers measure 20mm (.7874”), Standard and Powder Resistant zippers are 10mm (.3937”). When preparing artwork, avoid any small, important text on areas marked for zippers and seals.
- 4” x 6” notched zippered pouch with 2.5” gusset, zipper is child resistant
- 5” x 7” notched zippered pouch with 3” gusset, zipper is child resistant
- 6” x 9” notched zippered pouch with 2. 5” gusset
- 9” x 10” notched zippered pouch with 4” gusset, zipper is powder resistant
- 12” x 9” notched zippered pouch with 3” gusset and a hang hole
